Name Approval
Submit proposed company names to ROC for approval. OPC names must end with 'One Person Company Private Limited'.
DSC & DIN
Obtain Digital Signature Certificate and Director Identification Number for the sole member and nominee.
Nominee Appointment
Appoint a nominee who will become the member in case of death or incapacity of the sole member.
MOA & AOA
Draft Memorandum and Articles of Association specifically designed for One Person Company structure.
File Incorporation
Submit incorporation application with all required documents to Registrar of Companies for approval.

Important Note
Both the member and nominee must be Indian citizens and residents. The member cannot act as nominee for any other OPC. All documents should be properly attested and verified.

Nominee Requirements

- Should give written consent
- Cannot be nominee of multiple OPCs
- Must have valid PAN and Aadhaar
Conversion Requirements
OPC must be converted to Private Limited Company if paid-up capital exceeds ₹50 lakhs or annual turnover exceeds ₹2 crores. Conversion can also be done voluntarily at any time.
